【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60044appliestonewlymanufacturedelectroniccurrenttransformershavingananaloguevoltageoutputoradigitaloutput,forusewithelectricalmeasuringinstrumentsandelectricalprotectivedevicesatnominalfrequenciesfrom15Hzto100Hz.NOTEAdditionalrequirementsduetothebandwidthareconsidered.TheaccuracyrequirementsonharmonicsaregiveninannexD.Clause12coverstheaccuracyrequirementsthatarenecessaryforelectroniccurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstruments.Clause13coverstheaccuracyrequirementsthatarenecessaryforelectroniccurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andparticularlyforformsofprotectioninwhichtheprimerequirementistomaintaintheaccuracyuptoseveraltimestheratedcurrent.Ifrequired,thetransientaccuracyofanelectroniccurrenttransformerduringfaultisalsogiveninthisclause.Electroniccurrenttransformersintendedforbothmeasurementandprotectionshouldcomplywithalltheclausesofthisstandardandarecalledmultipurposeelectroniccurrenttransformers.Thetransformertechnologycanbebasedonopticalarrangementsequippedwithelectricalcomponents,onair-corecoils(withorwithoutabuilt-inintegrator),oroniron-corecoilswithintegratedshuntusedasacurrent-to-voltageconverter,aloneorequippedwithelectroniccomponents.Foranalogueoutput,theelectroniccurrenttransformermayincludethesecondarysignalcable.Examplesofelectroniccurrenttransformertechnologiesusingair-corecoilsandironcorecoilswithintegratedshuntaregiveninannexC.Fordigitaloutput,thisstandardtakesintoaccountapoint-to-pointconnectionfromtheelectronictransformertoelectricalmeasuringinstrumentsandelectricaldevices(seeannexB).Someinformationhasbeenaddedinordertoensurethecompatibilityofthispoint-to-pointlinkwiththeoverallsystemofcommunicationinthesubstation,thusallowingdataexchangebetweenallkindsofsubstationdevices.Thisinformationbuildswhatiscalledthemappingofthelinklayerofthepoint-to-pointseriallink.Processbuscommunicationisunderconsideration.Thismappingallowsinteroperabilitybetweendevicesfromdifferentmanufacturers.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.Thisstandardspecifiestheexternallyvisiblefunctionalityofimplementationstogetherwithconformancerequirementsforsuchfunctionalities.
