【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesfortheestablishmentandmaintenanceofcalibrationproceduresformeasuringandtestequipmentusedforelectricalinsulatingmaterials.Itprovidesaframeworkofconceptsandpractices,withdefinitionsandspecificationspertainingtomeasurement,adequacyofstandards,necessaryenvironmentalcontrols,tablesofcorrections,intervalsofcalibration,calibrationprocedures,calibrationofstandards,andpersonneltrainingsystemdocumentation.ThispracticeisintendedforcontroloftheaccuracyoftheequipmentusedformeasurementsthataremadeinaccordancewithASTMstandardsorotherspecifiedrequirements.Thevaluesstatedinmetricunitsareregardedasthestandard.Thevaluesininch-poundorEnglishunitsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
