【摘要】:ThispartofISO13628isapplicabletodesign,fabrication,testing,installationandoperationofsubseaproductioncontrolsystems.ThispartofISO13628coverssurfacecontrolsystemequipment,subsea-installedcontrolsystemequipmentandcontrolfluids.Thisequipmentisutilizedforcontrolofsubseaproductionofoilandgasandforsubseawaterandgasinjectionservices.Whereapplicable,thispartofISO13628maybeusedforequipmentonmultiple-wellapplications.NOTETypicalmainelementsofasubseaproductioncontrolsystemaredescribedin5.1.1.ThispartofISO13628establishesdesignstandardsforsystems,subsystems,componentsandoperatingfluidsinordertoprovideforthesafeandfunctionalcontrolofsubseaproductionequipment.ThispartofISO13628containsvarioustypesofinformationrelatedtosubseaproductioncontrolsystems.Theyare:—informativedatawhichprovideanoverviewofthearchitectureandgeneralfunctionalityofcontrolsystemsforthepurposeofintroductionandinformation;—basicprescriptivedatawhichmustbeadheredtobyalltypesofcontrolsystem;—selectiveprescriptivedatawhichiscontrol-system-typesensitiveandneedonlybeadheredtowhenitisrelevant;—optionaldataorrequirementswhichneedonlybeadoptedwhenconsiderednecessaryeitherbythepurchaserorthevendor.Inviewofthediversenatureofthedataprovided,controlsystempurchasersandspecifiersareadvisedtoselectfromthispartofISO13628onlytheprovisionsneededfortheapplicationathand.Failuretoadoptaselectiveapproachtotheprovisionscontainedhereincanleadtooverspecificationandhigherpurchasecosts.Downholeintelligentwell-controlequipmentisbeyondthescopeofthispartofISO13628.ReworkandrepairofusedequipmentarebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO13628.
