【摘要】:Theproceduresdescribedinthispracticeareintendedtobeusedtoestablishdesigncapacity(bothstrengthandstiffness)valuesbasedontestingofOSBthat,ataminimum,satisfiestheperformancerequirementsofPS-2.Reviewandreassessmentofvaluesderivedfromthispracticeshallbeconductedonaperiodicbasis.Ifachangeisfoundtobesignificant,retestingorreevaluation,orboth,inaccordancewiththeproceduresofthispracticeshallbeconsidered.1.1ThispracticecoversthebasisforcoderecognitionofdesigncapacitiesforOSBstructural-usepanels.Proceduresareprovidedtoestablishorre-evaluatedesigncapacitiesforOSBstructural-usepanels.Proceduresforsamplingandtestingarealsoprovided.Designvaluesstatedascapacityperunitdimensionaretoberegardedasstandard.Designcapacitiesdevelopedinaccordancewiththispracticeareapplicabletopanelsintendedforuseindryin-serviceconditions.Note18212;ThispracticeisbasedonICC-ESAcceptanceCriteriaAC-182.RelativetothescopeofAC-182,thispracticeislimitedtoOSBpanels.Note28212;WhilethispracticemakesreferencetoPS-2,thispracticeappliessimilarlytoproductscertifiedtootherstandardssuchasCAN/CSAO325.Note38212;OSBproducedunderPS-2isratedwiththe"Exposure1"bondclassification.Exposure1panelscoveredbyPS-2areintendedfordryuseapplicationswherethein-serviceequilibriummoisturecontentconditionsareexpectedtobelessthan16%.Exposure1panelsareintendedtoresisttheeffectsofmoistureduetoconstructiondelays,orotherconditionsofsimilarseverity.GuidelinesonuseofOSBareavailablefrommanufacturersandqualifiedagencies.
