【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforsecondarysteelmakingmachineryandequipment(SSE)asdefinedin3.1totreatliquidsteel.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversmachineryandequipmentinvolvedinthetreatmentprocessofliquidsteelundervacuumoratmosphericpressure.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventspertinenttoSSE,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,butalsoincludesforeseeablefaultsandmalfunctionsincaseofmisuse.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementstoensurethesafetyofpersonswhicharetobemetduringthedesign,assembly,transport,commissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningoftheequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardassumesthatSSEareoperatedandmaintainedbyadequatelytrainedandcompetentpersonnel.Manualinterventionforsetting,adjustmentandmaintenanceisacceptedaspartofthenormaluseoftheequipment.NOTE1AnnexBshowsexamplesofSSE.ThefollowingequipmentisnotcoveredbythescopeofthisEuropeanStandard:?cranes;?forklifttrucksorothertransportingequipment;?ladles;?equipmentforreliningandpreheatinginthereliningarea;?burnersaccordingtoEN746-2;?dustandfumeexhaustsystems.NOTE2Significanthazardsandhazardoussituationsduetotransporting/positioningofheavycomponents,e.g.,bycranes(e.g.,ladles,vessels,covers)areconsideredinthisstandard(see5.2.3).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoSSEmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardintheOfficialJournal.
